Customer Success Manager

The role

As an early CSM, you will own onboarding, adoption, and expansion for our customers while feeding the product team a direct view of what drives value in an AI-native support operation.

Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, with unlimited users at $0 per seat and pricing that tracks the work the AI agents complete. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.

What you'll own

• Onboarding and time-to-value for new customers.
• Ongoing adoption, health, and expansion across your accounts.
• The playbooks that make onboarding repeatable and fast.
• A tight feedback loop between customers and product.

What we're looking for

• Experience owning B2B SaaS accounts and outcomes, not just check-ins.
• Comfort being technical enough to configure and troubleshoot.
• Clear communication with both practitioners and executives.
• Ownership mindset, you treat customer outcomes as your own.
