AI, Ops, Marketing & Growth Generalist

This is a broad, senior, founder-adjacent role for someone who wants enormous scope. You will use AI to run functions that would normally take a whole team, across ops, marketing, and growth.

Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, with unlimited users at $0 per seat and pricing that tracks the work the AI agents complete. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.

The role

We are looking for a rare generalist who operates like a founder: someone who can stand up marketing, drive growth experiments, and build internal AI-powered operations, all while staying hands-on.

What you'll own

• Growth and marketing experiments from idea to measurable result.
• Internal operations, increasingly powered by AI you build.
• Systems and processes that let a small team punch far above its weight.
• Whatever needs to exist that no one else is doing yet.

• A proven generalist who has worn many hats successfully.
• Fluency with AI tools and a habit of automating your own work.
• Strong judgment about where to spend limited time and money.
• Comfort with a role that will keep changing shape.
