Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, with unlimited users at $0 per seat and pricing that tracks the work the AI agents complete. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.

The role

As an early SDR, you will research accounts, craft outbound that earns replies, and open conversations with support and success leaders, then help define the playbook other reps will use.

What you'll own

• Outbound prospecting to B2B support and customer success leaders.
• Personalized outreach that reflects a real understanding of the buyer.
• Qualifying conversations and clean handoffs to Account Executives.
• The early outbound playbook and the experiments that improve it.

• Strong writing and a knack for getting a reply from a cold inbox.
• Self-direction, you plan your own day and hit your own targets.
• Interest in AI, support, and how modern software is bought.
• Resilience and a genuine desire to move into closing over time.

• A steady flow of qualified meetings that convert.
• Outbound messaging the whole team borrows from.
• A clear path toward an AE seat as we grow.
