Account Executive

Role Overview

You will own the full sales cycle for a new category of support software. This is an early sales seat with real influence over how we sell, who we sell to, and what our motion becomes.

About Helply

Helply is a small, focused team building the AI-native customer support platform. Instead of software built around humans processing tickets, we build around a team of AI agents that investigate problems, resolve conversations, take action across systems, and turn customer conversations into intelligence, with unlimited users at $0 per seat and pricing that tracks the work the AI agents complete. We are early, well-scoped, and moving quickly.

The role

As one of our first Account Executives, you will run discovery, demos, and deals end to end while working directly with the founders to sharpen positioning and pricing for an AI-native product.

What you'll own

• The full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closed-won.
• Discovery and technical demos for B2B support and customer success leaders.
• Feedback loops that shape positioning, pricing, and the product roadmap.
• Building repeatable pieces of the sales motion as we scale.

What we're looking for

• A track record closing B2B SaaS deals, ideally in an early-stage environment.
• Comfort selling a new concept rather than a well-known category.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and customer support.
• Low ego, high ownership, and a bias toward action.

What success looks like

• A predictable, well-understood pipeline you built and can explain.
• Clear signal back to product on what customers actually need.
• Early customers who become references, not churn risks.
