Global Payroll Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Global Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in global payroll processing, payroll compliance, employee taxation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for multiple countries accurately and within timelines.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders globally.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
• Validate payroll inputs including new hires, exits, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and benefits.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Manage payroll audits, employee queries, and reporting requirements.
• Support payroll-related projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in Global Payroll operations.
• Experience handling payroll for multiple countries (US, EMEA, APAC preferred).
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with third-party payroll vendors.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and audit processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
