Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

The Payroll associate position is designed to support our growing client facing payroll team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the ability to learn and grow in a fast paced client facing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The payroll Manager will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
• As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
• The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance as needed.
• Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
• Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The payroll associate should exhibit the following skills and abilities
• The ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational Skills
• Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 12- 18 years of experience
