Project Manager

Description

GSPANN is hiring a Project Manager to lead multi-country rollouts of a B2B eCommerce platform, focusing on sprint planning, stakeholder coordination, and a smooth go-live in every market.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of an eCommerce application ecosystem to countries across Europe and Asia, including Salesforce B2B Commerce, Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, Salsify PIM, AIS, a Next.js User Experience / User Interface (UX/UI), and SAP ECC and EWM.
• Manage client stakeholders, including the Product Owner, merchandisers, content creators, business analysts, and architects, to gather requirements and resolve blockers faced by the sprint team.
• Develop effort estimates and plan sprints, timelines, and resources accordingly.
• Drive cutover and rollout activities, coordinating with business teams on go-live readiness.
• Manage sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, requirements grooming, retrospectives, and demos, and schedule design and project plan reviews.
• Design Program Increment (PI) and sprint plans based on localization requirements and story point estimates agreed with the team.
• Ensure transparent delivery by tracking and publishing delivery metrics across sprints.
• Collaborate with the client program manager, Product Owners, and internal tech leads to resolve clarifications on requirements, design, and test cycles.
• Drive the resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers unresolved by the technical lead, coordinating with client stakeholders, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), third-party support teams, and GSPANN teams.
• Lead day-to-day sprint progress tracking and release planning.
• Support code reviews and application demos, collect stakeholder feedback, and plan how to address it in future sprints.

Skills and Experience

• Bring 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, AIS, Umbraco CMS, Salsify PIM, Tenovos DAM, payment services, and tax services.
• Demonstrate experience leading teams of 10–15 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) on enhancements, running Scrum of Scrums and POD-based delivery planning and execution.
• Apply strong delivery guidance to help teams meet planned timelines with high quality.
• Work with GitHub and Salesforce release management, which is mandatory.
• Bring experience with continuous integration, unit testing, static analysis, and automated integration tests; CI/CD and continuous delivery experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a proven understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Bring the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, articulation, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills to connect effectively with business and technical teams.
• Manage client stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, pending decisions, and project-level risks and issues.
• Bring technical project management experience with working knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce, which is mandatory.
• Apply experience rolling out eCommerce solutions to different countries with language, currency, and localization requirements.
• Manage release planning, cutover, user migration to the new platform, and go-live, which is mandatory.
• Work with business and technical teams to enable a smooth go-live for each country or region.
• Bring knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce integrations with Umbraco CMS, Tenovos DAM, Salsify PIM, AIS, Next.js UX/UI, and SAP ECC and EWM, along with hands-on knowledge of these products, which is an advantage.
