SAP FI/CO Consultant

Description

GSPANN is hiring an SAP FI/CO Consultant to support electronic invoicing and statutory reporting across European markets, focusing on resolving production issues and keeping finance processes compliant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational and functional activities for E-Invoicing and Statutory Reporting processes.
• Manage the monitoring, support, and troubleshooting of SAP DRC and eDocument solutions and their integrations.
• Drives the investigation of failed or rejected inbound and outbound electronic invoices and coordinate their resolution.
• Support E-Invoicing compliance processes across European markets, particularly France, Germany, and Poland.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of issues across the FI, SD, and MM modules, including billing, invoicing, and accounting processes.
• Support inbound invoice processing, OpenText VIM solutions, and SAP Fiori-based Statutory Reporting applications.
• Drive the review, analysis, and implementation of SAP Notes and related corrections.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, SD, MM, VIM, Integration, and Technical teams to resolve issues end to end.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, testing, and production support activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement of support processes.
• Lead critical production incidents through to timely resolution.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of AP, AR, and GL processes.
• Apply a good understanding of integration across the SAP FI, SD, and MM modules.
• Bring experience with or exposure to SAP DRC, eDocument, E-Invoicing, and Statutory Reporting solutions.
• Utilize working knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for reporting and compliance.
• Demonstrate the ability to search, analyze, and assess SAP Notes and coordinate their implementation.
• Work with the SAP S/4HANA environment and its related compliance processes.
• Apply strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify root causes across functional areas.

Skills and Experience

• Bring 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience, with strong support and production management expertise.
• Bring proven experience handling production support, incident management, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and support end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles.
• Work with business, functional, and technical teams through excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bring experience with OpenText VIM, EDI integrations, and SAP interfaces, which is an advantage.
• Demonstrate experience supporting European statutory compliance requirements and E-Invoicing regulations, which is an advantage.
• Bring exposure to multi-country SAP compliance and reporting frameworks, which is an advantage.
• Demonstrate experience working in global support or Application Management Services (AMS) environments, which is an advantage.
• Develop deeper expertise in SAP DRC, E-Invoicing, and Statutory Reporting solutions.
