Job Description:

• Frontend Development Expertise: 5+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated proficiency in modern web frameworks
• Ability to develop high-performing applications using Typescript, React, CSS Pre-processors, modern web standards, and modern web frameworks.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (product, QA, backend) to achieve shared goals and deliver value
• Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility for team outcomes, code quality, and system reliability with a proactive approach to problem-solving

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends. Or
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations.
• Advocating for intuitive, seamless digital experiences while pushing back against design patterns that negatively impact the end-user.

Communicating the value of frontend infrastructure, refactoring, and technical debt resolution to non-technical stakeholders.
