UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis.
• Create user journeys, personas, information architecture, and interaction flows.
• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop responsive and accessible designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
• Continuously improve product usability through user feedback and analytics.
• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across products.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
• Knowledge of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Retail, E-commerce, Banking, Healthcare, or Enterprise applications.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
• Certifications in UX Design, HCI, or Design Thinking.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven applications.
