Technical Project Management Expertise

  • Strong experience managing large-scale transformation / modernization programs
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year programs
  • Experience with global delivery models (onshore/offshore)

Modernization & Technology Understanding

  • Good understanding of:
    • legacy systems (mainframe / NonStop / COBOL)
    • cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
    • application, data, and integration modernization
  • Ability to understand and govern complex technical solutions

AI & Digital Transformation

  • Experience with AI-led delivery models or automation-driven programs
  • Understanding of Agentic AI / human-in-the-loop engineering
  • Ability to translate AI strategy into execution outcomes

Agile Delivery Experience

  • Strong experience in Agile / SAFe frameworks
  • Experience managing multi-team, multi-track Agile programs
  • Ability to drive execution across iterative delivery cycles

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience
  • Ability to manage complex organizational dynamics

Commercial & Financial Acumen

  • Experience managing program budgets, margins, and financials
  • Ability to support pricing, cost optimization, and BAFO discussions
  • Strong understanding of contract management and delivery commitments
