Digital Test Automation Engineer

Job Description:

The AES - Delivery - Digital Test Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks that support end-to-end business processes across Pega, Oracle R12, Service Parts Management, and B2B integration platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases, optimize test coverage, and enable continuous delivery pipelines. This role requires deep technical knowledge combined with strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios and support reverse logistics workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test scripts for Pega applications and Oracle R12 modules.
• Develop integration test suites for B2B technologies such as MuleSoft, API gateways, and RosettaNet PIPs.
• Create and maintain test data using SQL/PLSQL for functional and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Execute regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and track defects; work with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
• Document test frameworks, scripts, and results to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Pega experience with Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in Oracle Applications (R12) covering AOL, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving, Financials, Order Management, Purchasing, and Depot Repair.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience in Service Parts Management (SPM).
• 2+ years of experience with B2B integration tools, including MuleSoft, API integration, RosettaNet PIPs, and Data Transfer Gateways (E2Open preferred).
• Working knowledge of Reverse Logistics (RL) business processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for test data creation and validation.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, scripting languages, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
