Power Platform RPA Developer

Job Description:

Zensar Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Power Platform RPA Senior Developer to join our null department. In this role you will translate business requirements into robust, scalable bots, ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing, and provide ongoing support and training to end-users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep our automation ecosystem secure, performant, and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct unit and end-to-end testing to ensure bot quality and functionality.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot deployed bots, applying fixes promptly.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for bot design, configuration, and validation.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective bot utilization.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure a secure and stable RPA infrastructure.
• Implement security best practices and governance for automation assets.
• Optimize bot performance and scalability through continuous improvement.
• Stay current with RPA trends, Power Platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an RPA developer, preferably with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of business process workflows and automation design.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction and team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with additional RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Relevant certifications in RPA development or Microsoft Power Platform.
