About the Role

We are looking for a confident and good communicator who is interested in Business Development, Client Handling, and Support. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with internship experience who want to build their career in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels and connect with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly.
• Attend client meetings at their location and understand their requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Handle basic client queries and provide timely support.
• Assist in business development activities and achieving team targets.
• Maintain proper follow-ups and update client information.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic understanding of business development/sales is an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
