About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Implementation Engineer Interns who are passionate about technology, client interaction, and problem-solving.
As an Implementation Engineer Intern, you will assist in deploying and configuring Webito's software products, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and support customers throughout the implementation journey. This internship provides practical exposure to SaaS product implementation, client onboarding, requirement gathering, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and implementing software solutions for new clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into product configurations.
- Support product setup, onboarding, and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with Development, QA, and Support teams to resolve implementation-related issues.
- Prepare implementation documents, user guides, onboarding checklists, and SOPs.
- Conduct basic product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training.
- Track implementation progress and escalate blockers to senior team members.
- Assist clients during Go-Live and provide basic post-implementation support.
- Record client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to the Product team.
- Ensure implementation tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of software products, SaaS applications, or enterprise solutions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and software configuration.
- Willingness to work directly with clients and internal teams.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn product implementation and client success processes.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Database concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs and REST services.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, or School Management Systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
