HR Operations Executive – Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

Experience:

1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and induction.
• Complete joining documentation, employee records and HRMS updates.
• Coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll and hiring teams for smooth Day-1 readiness.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, transfers, confirmations and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in Keka/HRMS.
• Respond to employee HR queries and provide timely support.
• Support HR policies, compliance activities, audits and HR reports.
• Coordinate onboarding surveys and track employee experience.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement/automation initiatives.
• Work closely with HRBPs, managers and cross-functional teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with employees and managers.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Keka is preferred.
• Positive, proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team.
