Process Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end accounting activities for Private Equity funds using Investran.
• Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, NAV calculations, and financial statements.
• Process capital calls, distributions, equalizations, transfers, and investor allocations.
• Maintain investor and fund-level records within Investran.
• Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate breaks, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support quarterly and annual investor reporting, including capital account statements.
• Assist with waterfall calculations, management fee calculations, and carried interest allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, administrators, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of fund accounting deliverables as per SLA timelines.
• Support audit requirements by preparing schedules and responding to queries.
• Identify process improvements and maintain strong operational controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting or Alternative Investment operations.
• Hands-on experience with Investran is required.
• Strong understanding of PE fund structures, capital activities, investor accounting, and NAV processes.
• Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS financial reporting concepts preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
