Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Continue supporting existing client processes with minimal business disruption.
• Perform daily operational activities as per client SLAs and operating procedures.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround time targets.
• Review, validate, and process financial transactions and operational activities.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions through collaboration with internal and client stakeholders.
• Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client policies.
• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and cross-training initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members (for senior positions).
