Job Summary
The Senior Associate is responsible for independently performing complex title examinations and preparing title commitments while supporting quality delivery and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine chain of title for varied-complexity orders
- Identify GI issues affecting owners
- Prepare title commitment documentation
- Communicate with title officers for clarifications
- Review recorded documents for legal relevance
- Assist in process training and knowledge sharing
