Talent Acquisition Intern

Build and manage candidate pipelines:

• Keep candidate pipelines organized, up to date, and moving across our ATS system.

Create a great candidate experience:

• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful, and clear communication throughout the process.

Keep the hiring engine moving:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to track candidates, follow up on next steps, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Make recruiting workflows better:

• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive processes, and help improve recruitment workflows, systems, and operating rhythms.

Bring structure to the process:

• Maintain accurate candidate data, recruiting documentation, and reporting so the team has visibility into the hiring funnel.

• You’re curious about how systems work and enjoy learning new tools and processes.
• You have a bias toward action and are comfortable figuring things out as you go.
• You naturally spot things that are broken, inefficient, or unnecessarily manual — and want to fix them.
• You are available to join us immediately.
• Prior experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or an ATS is a plus — but curiosity, ownership, and learning velocity matter more.
