Product Designer

About the Role

As a Product Designer at ShopOS, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the user experience of our Gen AI-native commerce platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user interfaces that make powerful AI workflows feel simple, intuitive, and delightful. This is an opportunity to work at the frontier of commerce and creativity—designing tools that help brands launch faster, operate smarter, and sell more with less effort. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and creative teams to translate fuzzy ideas into polished experiences across web and mobile.

What You’ll Own

• Design end-to-end product experiences —from flows and wireframes to polished UI
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship fast
• Craft intuitive UX for AI-driven workflows, data-rich dashboards, and storefront tools
• Contribute to and evolve the design system —ensuring visual consistency and scalability
• Prototype interactions and flows to test and iterate quickly
• Bring customer insights into design through research, interviews, and analytics
• Deliver production-ready design specs and assets to engineers
• Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of full-time experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric digital products (B2B, SaaS, tools, or consumer apps)
• Proficiency in Figma and common design tools
• Comfort with wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and basic user research
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers and product managers
• Ability to handle feedback and iterate quickly
• High attention to detail and polish
• Clear communication skills and strong design rationale
