Technical Support Executive

Role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive who will be responsible for maintaining and creating reports and resolving technical issues.

Personal Attributes :

• Strong, innovative and initiative-seeking approach to problem-solving and finding solutions
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of the problem resolution
• Strong communication skills with sound articulation and comprehension
• The ardent desire to explore and learn emerging interactive technologies

Desired Skills:

• Ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Data formatting etc.)
• Ability to look at the logs and share the exact error with the tech team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To create daily and weekly reports
• Resolving technical issues
• Database mapping
