About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Presales / Solution Support professional to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT and technology concepts, strong communication and presentation skills, and an interest in solution design, presales, and business development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is willing to learn and develop expertise in technology solutions and presales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the presales team in understanding customer requirements and preparing suitable solution approaches.
• Support the preparation of presentations, solution documents, proposals, and other presales materials.
• Conduct basic research on technologies, products, and solutions relevant to customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather information required for proposals and presentations.
• Support solution design activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and discussions as required.
• Help prepare product/solution demonstrations and supporting materials.
• Maintain and organize presales documentation and related information.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide general support to the business development and presales teams as required.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT and technology concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into structured information.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in the areas of presales, solution design, and business development.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Engineering.
• MBA will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may apply.
• Exposure to presales, solutioning, business development, or technology consulting through internships/projects will be an advantage
