SAP Ariba Invoicing Consultant

Job Summary:

This is a remote position.

Seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Invoicing Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in invoice automation, PO and non-PO invoice processing, workflow configuration, exception management, and production support. Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of SAP MM and FI functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support PO and non-PO invoice-processing scenarios.
• Manage invoice validation rules, approval workflows, tolerances, exceptions, and business controls.
• Troubleshoot invoice errors, workflow failures, integration defects, and master data issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Document test scenarios, defects, process flows, document types, exceptions, and role configurations.
• Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, finance, ERP, and technical teams.
• Support deployments, production issues, and process improvements.
• Contribute to test automation using Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM, SAP Ariba, invoice management, or procure-to-pay processes.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenText VIM.
• Strong understanding of PO and non-PO invoice processing, invoice validation, workflows, and exception handling.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI functionalities.
• Experience in functional and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Business Network, and ERP integrations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
