SWQA Triage Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled SWQA Triage Engineer to join the Automotive Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for triaging in-car logs, investigating software failures, and coordinating issues across autonomous driving software components. The role requires strong ADAS domain knowledge, Python scripting skills, and hands-on experience in software testing and debugging.

Must Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, debugging, and triaging in the autonomous driving or computer vision domain.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
• Hands-on experience in Python scripting and writing scripts from scratch.
• Experience in ADAS Verification & Validation (V&V).
• Hands-on experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testing.
• Knowledge of autonomous driving systems, including:
  • Perception systems
  • Computer Vision
  • Sensor Fusion
  • Planning and Control pipelines

Good To Have Skills:

• Actual in-car testing or on-road / test-track experience.
• Experience with autonomous driving simulators:
  • IPG CarMaker
  • TASS PreScan
• Hands-on experience with HIL/SIL simulation environments.
• Certification or coursework in Machine Learning, AI, or Self-Driving Cars.
• Experience with sensor data analysis and large-scale automotive datasets.
• Knowledge of Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) and AI-based automotive systems.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test automation.
• Experience developing debugging tools, Python utilities, and dashboards.
