The role

Lyzr's largest enterprise deals are won on business cases, not feature lists. As Sales Engineer, you will partner with our solution teams on major enterprise opportunities, building the value case, quantifying business impact, and working directly with CTOs, CIOs, Vertical Heads and other business leaders to shape how AI agents fit their strategy. You will carry real influence over enterprise strategy, go-to-market, and how customers structure delivery and cost around AI.

What will make you win this role

These are the core requirements, the substance of the job.

• 6+ years of Solutions engineering, or technical consulting role (B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software) you turn a customer's business problem into a structured, quantified solution narrative.
• Executive-level communication. You have worked with and reported to CTOs/ CIOs and business leaders and you are credible in that room.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, low-code/automation tools, and basic scripting or programming capabilities
• Value engineering and business transformation. Value generation, business consulting, and transformation work are your core toolkit, not adjacent skills.
• Strategy and go-to-market shaping. You have contributed to enterprise strategy, investor communications, and go-to-market decisions.
• Delivery and cost optimisation. You have optimised cross-functional delivery and cost structures, and can bring that lens to customer conversations.
