Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development in the Singapore market
• Build and manage relationships with CAs and accounting firms in Singapore
• Identify, onboard, and activate partners to generate qualified opportunities
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecasts
• Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with market requirements
• Represent the company in virtual and on-ground meetings, demos, and partner engagements

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience selling into the Singapore market at present
• Proven experience working with CAs, accounting firms, or similar networks in Singapore
• Strong understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem
• Experience in B2B sales (SaaS / HRTech / FinTech preferred)
• Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior travel experience to Singapore or exposure to working directly with Singapore-based clients
• Existing network within Singapore CA / accounting ecosystem
• Ability to work independently while managing an international market

Hybrid (Combination of remote work and office presence in Bangalore / Chennai)
