Senior Associate - Solution Design, SW - SMART

Every strong procurement transformation starts with one question: where is the money going? GEP is looking for an analytical, curious Spend Analyst to help prospects answer it. As part of the Software Solution Design team, you'll turn raw procurement data into clear spend visibility, savings opportunities and business cases. These show prospects the value of GEP Quantum Intelligence before they buy. You'll work with presales consultants, Sales and Product to bring data-driven proof into RFPs, demos, POCs and executive conversations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uncover the spend story: Analyze prospect spend across suppliers, categories, business units and regions to find trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Turn messy data into insight: Cleanse, validate, classify and categorize spend data. Normalize suppliers, find duplicates and map spend to standard taxonomies.
• Find the value: Identify maverick, fragmented and off-contract spend, supplier concentration and consolidation opportunities, and estimate the savings potential.
• Build the business case: Turn analysis into ROI and savings models, opportunity assessments and management-ready presentations for prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Power demos and POCs: Prepare spend data and analytics scenarios that show GEP Quantum Intelligence spend analytics on data that feels real, or on the prospect's own data.
• Support pursuits: Answer spend analytics and data-related sections in RFPs and RFIs, and join discovery calls to understand data sources and requirements.
• Collaborate and improve: Work with Product, Engineering and presales teams to resolve data issues, share field feedback and build reusable templates and taxonomies.

Work smarter with AI: Use AI tools for data quality checks, classification, insight generation and reporting, and stay current on AI in procurement analytics.
