About the Role

The Associate Director - TSO | CIT occupies a pivotal leadership position within GEP's CIT, with a specific charter to drive technology solutions and operations excellence across client engagements. We are seeking a seasoned techno-functional leader to drive large-scale procurement transformation programs. This role combines strategic solutioning, client advisory, and end-to-end delivery ownership, including governance, financials, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation programs across global clients
• Drive solutioning and participate in strategic design workshops to define scalable, high-impact solutions
• Translate complex procurement challenges into innovative techno-functional solutions
• Own program governance, including planning, risk management, and change management
• Manage program financials, including P&L, margins, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (CPOs, Business Heads, Technology Leaders)
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on procurement transformation and digital adoption
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants to deliver high-impact outcomes
• Drive adoption of analytics, automation, and best practices in procurement processes
• Ensure alignment across business, product, and engineering teams for successful delivery.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience and a deep domain expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain (S2P, S2C, P2P)
• Extensive experience in implementing procurement platforms (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, etc.)
• Strong consulting mindset with ability to engage at CXO/CPO level
• Proven experience in managing large programs, teams, and stakeholders
• Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and program governance
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
