About the role
What You'll Do
- Own the experience end to end: Lead design from discovery through launch for complex enterprise workflows across source-to-pay and supply chain, from early concepts to polished, shippable UI.
- Make complex data easy to act on: Design dashboards, control towers, spend analytics, and data-dense tables and filters that help users spot issues and make decisions quickly.
- Lead how we design for AI: Partner with product and data science to shape conversational and assistive features, recommendations, and agent-driven automation.
- Bring new ideas and prototype them fast: Use Figma and AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into interactive prototypes quickly.
- Do the research: Plan and run interviews, usability tests and workflow observation with buyers, suppliers, planners and other enterprise users.
- Design for the low-code studio: Help shape the GEP QUANTUM tools that let customers and partners configure and build their own apps.
- Partner closely with product and engineering: Write clear specs, give thoughtful design reviews, and stay involved through build.
- Tell the story behind the work: Present your ideas and rationale with energy and a clear narrative.
- Raise the bar: Mentor other designers, share best practices, and push for accessibility (WCAG) and consistency across the product.
- Work across time zones: Collaborate with teammates in the US, India and Europe.
