We are seeking an experienced and technically-astute Senior Product Manager based in New Jersey. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers' needs and our platform's capabilities. You'll be responsible for front-ending customer implementation requests, guiding them on how to solve complex business challenges using the existing setup. The ideal candidate will have a mandatory prior development background and deep experience with low-code agent and application building platforms to effectively architect and communicate configurations. -
Consultative Implementation: Analyze customer needs and provide prescriptive, consultative guidance on how to solve their specific operational problems without relying on custom code development.
-
Low-Code Platform Champion: Leverage your hands-on expertise in low-code agent and application-building platforms to demonstrate, guide, and help configure tailored solutions.
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure a seamless implementation lifecycle.
-
Feedback Loop Integration: Gather, synthesize, and advocate for customer feedback and implementation friction points back to core engineering and platform product teams to influence the future roadmap.
-
Documentation & Enablement: Develop and maintain high-quality solution design templates, internal knowledge base articles, and customer-facing configuration guides.
Required Qualifications
-
Prior Development Background is a MUST: You must have hands-on experience as a software developer, engineer, or technical architect before moving into product management.
-
Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical product management, solutions engineering, or a highly technical customer-facing systems implementation role.
-
Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with B2B enterprise SaaS software, ideally within procurement, sourcing, or supply chain.
-
Technical Acumen: Proven experience working with and implementing enterprise-scale solutions using low-code/no-code application or workflow automation platforms.
-
Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to conceptualize complex workflows and "work within the box" of existing platform capabilities to meet unique customer demands.
-
Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of explaining highly technical configurations to both business executives and developers.
-
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
