Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing accounting processes .The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities
• Handle invoicing, billing, and collections processes
• Assist in tax preparation, audits, and compliance activities
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Work with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Ensure timely reporting and adherence to deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in US Accounts
• Experience working with US clients or in a US Staffing Company
