Inside Sales Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research prospective clients (US/UK/domestic markets) via various channels
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn InMail, cold calling) to generate qualified leads
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for leadership
• Maintain and update CRM (Zoho CRM) with accurate lead and pipeline data
• Coordinate with the delivery/technical team to align pitches with capabilities
• Track and report on outreach metrics
• Support proposal and follow-up communication with prospects

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales/business development, preferably in IT services or staffing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

Good to Have:

• Prior experience selling to US/international clients
• Understanding of IT staffing/software development services
• Exposure to prospecting platforms
