Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment data, and basic reports in Excel
• Communicate professionally with candidates via email and phone

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, formatting, simple formulas)
• Proficiency in Outlook (email drafting, calendar management)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for interviews and internal communication
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Strong willingness to learn IT recruitment tools and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and documentation
• Track recruitment progress and maintain well-organized records
• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring timelines and targets

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BSc, BA, B.Tech preferred)
• HR certification or recruitment internship is an added advantage (optional)
