Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements
• Translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Manage product releases, including planning, execution, and post-release evaluation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in software development
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with SaaS or web/mobile product development
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and software development lifecycle
• Strategic thinking and product vision
