Telecom Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering sessions with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and pain points in wireless, wireline, and hybrid telecom environments.
• Develop comprehensive technical solution architectures and proposals aligned with customer needs, demonstrating value across network modernization, 5G/fiber deployments, OSS/BSS optimization, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed technical content, positioning solutions against competitive offerings and differentiators.

Technical Skill Requirements:

• Deep understanding of 4G LTE, 5G, Mobility, SD-WAN, Enterprise Mobility, and Mobile Edge Computing.
• Hands-on knowledge of FiOS, Fiber, GPON/XGS-PON, Ethernet, and MPLS.
• Experience across OSS/BSS functions including Service Assurance, Service Fulfillment, Inventory Management, Order Management, Billing, and CRM.
• Strong, demonstrable experience working with cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of equipment/platforms from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, and Ericsson.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Open APIs.

Qualification:

• 10–12 years of core Telecom domain experience.

Core Expertise:

• Telecom domain — strong understanding of both wireless and wireline (Fiber, FiOS) ecosystems.
