Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schools.
• Speak to the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purposes.
• Observe and assist if needed with sessions with parents to discuss their child's progress and explain the benefits of the program.
• Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Be well-versed with the provided training biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to students and parents.
• Address queries and concerns, highlighting how career services supports students academic and personal growth.
• Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance.
• Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages.
• Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred.

Qualifications:

Candidate Profile

• Master's in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or related discipline preferred.
• Understanding of career guidance, ethics and psychometric assessment.
• Strong listening, documentation, safeguarding and parent communication skills.
