Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries from digital campaigns, website, events, referrals and outreach.
• Qualify prospects, understand family requirements and communicate the ULL proposition persuasively.
• Book and confirm qualified campus visits; manage reminders and reduce no-shows.
• Follow each lead from first contact through application and admission, collaborating with campus counsellors.
• Maintain rigorous CRM updates, call notes, lead stages and next actions.
• Re-engage dormant leads, address objections and generate referrals.
• Deliver daily activity, qualified visit and enrolment targets; report funnel conversion.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years in inside sales, admissions, edtech or consultative B2C selling.
• Excellent spoken English; Kannada and Hindi are advantages.
• Confident objection handling, persuasion and disciplined follow-up.
• Comfort with CRM systems, conversion targets and data-driven reporting.

Compensation

Best-in-industry fixed salary based on experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
