Salesforce CPQ Developer & Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer & Administrator with 6-8 years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting CPQ solutions covering product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, and order/contract processes. The candidate should also be technically strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.

This is a hybrid CPQ Functional + Salesforce Technical role requiring the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work effectively with architects, developers, integration teams, business analysts, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions across the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Manage product catalogs, product configuration, bundles, options, features, attributes, and product rules.
• Configure complex pricing, discounting, price rules, discount schedules, pricing methods, and contractual pricing.
• Design and maintain quote templates, quote calculations, approval workflows, and guided selling processes.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ application settings and business rules.
• Collaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate flow of product, pricing, customer, quote, order, contract, and billing data.
• Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools for deployments.
• Provide production support and participate in root-cause analysis for critical CPQ issues.
• Work closely with architects, developers, business analysts, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills & Competencies

• 6-8 years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ architecture and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with Product Configuration, Product Bundles, Pricing Rules, Discounting, Quote Management, Approval Workflows, Amendments, Renewals, Orders, and Contracts.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
• Knowledge of Named Credentials, OAuth, middleware, and webhooks.
• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD/DevOps processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
