HR Executive

Role Summary:

Own end-to-end HR operations for our Chennai and Madurai Office onboarding, statutory compliance, employee relations, and the processes that keep the employee lifecycle running smoothly — with a supporting role in recruitment, including campus hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own onboarding, induction, and HRIS/HRMS data accuracy/audits across the employee lifecycle
• Manage employee lifecycle documentation — offers, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
• Handle employee grievance resolution and act as the primary point of contact for HR queries
• Manage insurance, ESI, PF and statutory compliances
• Coordinate payroll inputs with finance and ensure timely, accurate processing
• Drive employee engagement, performance-cycle coordination, and exit/attrition analysis
• Support recruitment — including campus connects and college tie-ups — alongside the hiring team

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field; 0-2 yrs HR generalist experience with a strong operations focus
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools, statutory compliance, and grievance handling
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and knowledge of labour laws
• Good to have: campus recruitment experience, exposure to healthcare/fintech or regulated industries
