Shareable Job posting
Creating a job post and sharing in public in less than 2 minutes
- Navigate to Jobs > Click Post a job
- Choose your user persona like Developer/Designers/PMs/Sales
- Widely used blocks for each persona will be filled automatically in job application flow for candidates to build own portfolio, refer chapter blocks in detail
- Fill job title and description. Narrate your description in way "Who we are?", "What person we are looking for?". This will enable our AI engine to suggest top match applicants from the crowd
- Fill other details like Salary, currency, location and job type
- Click Next for Additional Questions section
- Fill all the additional questions, you want applicant to fill during job apply flow. Questions like
- Why do you think you are fit for the role?
- Are you willing to relocate?
- Describe a situation where you had to collaborate with cross-functional teams or departments to achieve a common goal
- Click Submit and each job posting will have Share CTA and corresponding shareable link will be available in the popup.
