We want a sharp, all-round marketer with a creative mind and the instinct to tell stories people remember, with an AI first mindset.

What you'll do

• Read the market: Analyst research, sales calls, customers, competitors. Spot the signal early.
• Solve the messy problems: Frame the marketing questions that don't fit a box, and come back with an answer.
• Tell the story: Shape one narrative across brand, sales, website and launches. Own how we position in a crowded field.
• Spar with the CMO: Challenge ideas, including his, until the thinking holds.
• Work AI-first: Build your own AI workflows so your time goes to thinking, not typing.

Your home base is product marketing, content and positioning. You would not be expected to run campaigns, webinars, events, nor judged on content volume.

Who you are

• Generalist with acumen: You know how B2B buyers decide and how brand, demand, sales and product fit together. Agency, consulting, journalism or founder's office backgrounds welcome.
• Creative storyteller: You can land a complex idea in 30 words and hold attention over 3,000.
• AI-native: AI is second nature and you can show how you use it. You never hand it the thinking.
• Gumption: You go deep, work from first principles and defend a view until the data says otherwise.
• PMM curious: Some positioning or launch work helps. Procurement, we will teach.

What you get

Education and background

• Tier 1 BTech: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI or a related field preferred.
• MBA: Preferred, not a must.
• B2B SaaS experience: A definite plus.
