Role:
Product Manager – Engagement & Retention
Responsibilities
- Own the customer engagement and retention roadmap end-to-end
- Build and optimize lifecycle journeys across activation, engagement, and reactivation
- Identify drop-offs and opportunities using funnels, cohorts, and behavioural data
- Drive product-led interventions such as nudges, in-app experiences, rewards, and personalization
- Run A/B tests and structured experiments to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Present insights, trends, and business impact to leadership regularly
