Employer Branding & Communications Manager

About the role

In this role you own how Zeta is seen outside the company as an employer brand, how it speaks to its people, and how it brings them together. Employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement & culture building carry equal weight. This is a hands-on manager role: you write and create content yourself, set creative direction, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

Employer Branding

• Shape the employer brand strategy, narrative and EVP, and carry it from how candidates first discover Zeta to how current Zetanauts describe working here
• Manage reputation on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and Google, and grow Zeta's presence on social media and other employer brand channels
• Lead employee and brand stories, leadership content, the careers site and campus branding
• Build and scale employee advocacy programs
• Build and deploy recruitment assets and collateral for the talent acquisition teams and hiring managers

Internal Communications

• Write and shape leadership messaging: announcements, town halls, AMAs and similar forums
• Run change and policy communication, the newsletter, comms calendar and channel strategy
• Run internal marketing campaigns for events, people and workplace initiatives
• Set and maintain Zeta's tone of voice across internal and external output

Engagement

• Run the engagement calendar: festivals, milestones, recognition and interest groups
• Plan and execute flagship events such as hackathons, tech conclaves and award ceremonies
• Manage event-specific budgets and build reusable event playbooks

Across the role

• Provide creative direction to the team and maintain on-brand content quality across all output
• Build AI-driven workflows and skills for content, design and planning
• Manage the team, budget and vendors, and report metrics to leadership

Skills

• Strong EB fundamentals and fluency in producing high-quality content for all audiences
• Internal comms and leadership messaging experience
• Experience running large-scale company events, engagement and culture initiatives
• Direct team management experience (min 2-3 people)
• Proficiency in building AI workflows across workstreams

Experience and Qualification

• 10 years in total, with 5+ in core employer branding, internal comms and employee engagement roles
• Strong EB and IC fundamentals and fluency in producing high-quality content for all audiences
• Internal comms and leadership messaging experience
• Experience running large-scale company events, engagement and culture initiatives
• Direct team management experience (min 2-3 people)
• Proficiency in building AI workflows across workstreams
