PreSales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and discovery sessions with prospective customers.
• Understand customer business challenges and map Winfo solutions to address their requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and define winning strategies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution overviews, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with compelling technical and functional content.
• Create solution architectures, implementation approaches, and effort estimates.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and value propositions for customers.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Support customer evaluations, pilot programs, and product adoption initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
• Create sales enablement assets including presentations, demo scripts, case studies, and solution briefs.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
