About the role

Required Skills:

  • Experience in either:
  • C++ development, or
  • C#/.NET (Desktop application development)
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals
  • Solid object-oriented design and programming concepts
  • Strong grasp of desktop application architecture patterns
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and modify large existing codebases
  • Understanding of threading, memory management, performance tuning, process diagnostics
  • Strong analytical thinking and learning agility
  • Experience in AI-assisted development

Good to have Skills:

  • Experience with WPF or similar desktop UI technologies
  • Windsurf, Augment Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar tools
  • Semiconductor domain experience

Candidate Profile Most Likely to Succeed:

  • Strong C++ developer from a product company
  • Strong C# desktop application developer with deep debugging skills
  • Engineers from CAD/CAM, industrial automation, test & measurement, semiconductor, embedded tools, EDA, medical devices, or scientific software products
