About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly reports
- Handle TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Manage payroll accounting and expense tracking
- Assist in audits (internal & external)
- Ensure timely closure of books and reporting
- Monitor financial transactions and recommend process improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for financial planning
