About the role

We are hiring a Material Coordinator to coordinate and schedule material maintenance, maintain records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain equipment status and source records
  • Enter/reconcile authorized system data
  • Track maintenance requests/work orders
  • Maintain utilization data
  • Coordinate calibration for required equipment

Required Experience

  • Minimum of (3) Years of maintenance-administration, fleet/equipment-utilization, logistics-records, equipment-management, or comparable experience
  • Experience with an enterprise maintenance/fleet/property/logistics system is required
