• Prepare presentations on productivity and soft skill topics. Coordinate training sessions and webinars.
• Effectively communicate engagement initiatives and activities to employees through various channels.
• Create, organize, and manage engagement programs, events, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide support and resources to employees facing personal or professional challenges.
• Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop action plans based on feedback to address areas for improvement.
• Responsibilities encompass preparing presentations, coordinating training sessions, and effectively communicating engagement initiatives. Additionally, the role involves organizing engagement programs and offering support to employees facing challenges.

Eligibility

Academic Qualifications

• BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech, M.Sc (CS, IT), MCA, BA / MA – English, Philosophy or Organizational Psychology
• 0 to 2 years of experience in teaching or relevant role. Freshers can also apply.
• 2021 to 2023 graduates only.
• Minimum 65% in all academic.
• No gaps of any kind.

Working Conditions

• Experienced in public speaking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good level of creativity and innovation.
• Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
