Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE)
• Proficiency in developing and debugging:
  • Plugins (C#)
  • Client-side scripts (JavaScript using Client API)
  • Model-driven apps
• Experience with solution management:
  • Managed/unmanaged solutions
  • Solution layering
  • Troubleshooting deployment and import/export issues
• Experience with Ribbon Workbench for command bar customization
• In-depth understanding of security roles and field-level security in the Power Platform
• Expertise in using FetchXML, OData, and LINQ queries within:
  • Plugins
  • Client-side scripts
  • Power Automate flows
• Experience integrating model-driven apps with external systems using:
  • Azure API Management (APIM)
  • Azure Functions
  • Power Automate (HTTP connectors, custom connectors)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Dual-write and integration between D365 CE and D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for:
  • Pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Repos
  • Work item tracking and backlog management
• Working knowledge of Azure Monitor and Application Insights for diagnostics and telemetry
• Experience with third-party Power Platform tools (e.g., XrmToolBox, KingswaySoft, Spkl)
• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices in Power Platform
• Knowledge of Azure logic apps
